I was born on the 10th of May 1981 in Florø, Norway. At age 11, I started taking guitar lessons, both classical and electrical guitar. I did so for 5 years before I quit...rebel youth and all that. Since then I have been mostly self-taught.
I'm currently writing rock and acoustic music on my own, as well as primary endeavour: working on my original heavy metal band, Silverwing.

I play mostly hard rock and metal, usually in the veins of 80's heavy metal/thrash, and even some 90's death metal.
Some of my primary influences and inspirations are: Metallica, Testament, Dio, Motörhead, Judas Priest, Black Sabbath, Iron Maiden, Arch Enemy, Machine Head, Thin Lizzy, Paul Gilbert, Steve Vai, Joe Satriani, Yngwie Malmsteen, Doug Aldrich and Randy Rhoads.
